Commissioner Takeover
We will allow a commissioner change with every Champion. If responsibility is not wanted, the previous commissioner will resume duties.
Eligibility / Rules
-
A owner can become Commissioner if they WIN NFL is WAR Championship;

The previous commissioner will ask the NEW CHAMPION if they willl accept the duties;
-
If YES, then the new Champion will be handed the duties when Yahoo League renew comes;
-
If NO, then the previous Commissioner will resume duties.
-
-
Commissioners can ONLY add rules or regulations, they are NOT permitted to remove previous rules UNLESS there is a majority league vote on that rule.
Trade Voting
Every trade made in the league will be voted on by the league owners. The parties involved in the trade are not allowed a vote.
Eligibility / Rules
-
The commissioner will collect league votes once a trade has been accepted;
-
A league majority is needed in the vote to be approved or denied
-
In a tie vote, the commissioner will accept the vote, due to the acceptance of the 2 parties involved;
-
-
Yahoo system allows 2 days for commissioner to review the trade, so votes MUST be collected within that time frame;
IR Roster Spots
Every team is allowed to utilize 2 IR spots for IR Designated Players or PUP List players only.
Eligibility / Rules
-
Each Team gets 2 extra Player Spots on their roster for IR designated players;
-
These spots WILL NOT count against the 16 active roster spots;
-
A player is only eligible for a IR spot if Yahoo! designates him for IR or PUP List
-
Note: The IR roster spot SHALL NOT be used for players designated with Q (Questionable), O (Out), or N/A (Inactive);
-

Consequences for the abuse of this rule is up to the Commissioners discretion.
